Specializing in hard money origination, Kristen uses her many years of experience to properly assess risk, communicate clear expectations on transactions, close on time and provide exceptional customer service. By focusing on client relationships and cultivating genuine partnerships, Kristen has become an industry leader putting the Business Communications education from Weber State University and the University of Utah to good use. Over the years, her strengths in lending have garnered recognition earning several top producers and president’s club awards. Kristen may spend her days at Wildcat Lending, but it’s her relationships and partnerships that she is most passionate about. When she’s not at Wildcat Lending, Kristen is an avid golfer and loves spending time with her 2 children.
