One Time Credit Card Payment Refund and Cancellation Policy
As each one time credit card payment transaction is submitted by you the borrower and is intended to repay a debt, refunds will not be issued. However, refunds may be applied on a case by case basis for some of the following circumstances (this list is not exhaustive):
– Incorrect amount paid
– Duplicate payments made
Any application for a refund of payment made through Wildcat Lending, LLC. Online Payment Service (“the Service”) should be made, in writing to email@example.com stating “refund” in the subject line. Wildcat Lending, LLC. will make a decision within 5 business days as to whether or not a refund will be issued.
If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed directly to the credit card used to make the original payment.
Cancellation of Credit Card Transaction
If you wish to cancel a submitted credit card transaction, a request should be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org stating “Credit Card Cancellation” in the subject line. State the reason for the cancellation of the payment and a Wildcat Lending, LLC. representative will contact you to confirm and finalize the cancellation (a fee may be applied to process the cancellation).
